Singing as Self-Discovery
Adolescence and young adulthood are sacred thresholds—times of profound transformation, where we begin to find our footing in the world and listen for the voice of the self emerging within.
In The Vocal Universe, singing becomes more than music—it becomes a path. A practice of embodiment, creativity, and connection. It is a way to feel deeply, to express what words cannot always say, and to be witnessed in authenticity.
🎶 What Happens in a Session?
With warmth and gentle guidance, I offer somatic voice and singing sessions that invite teens and young adults into a journey of inner exploration. Through song and somatic practices we soften the edges of anxiety, build confidence, and cultivate joy in the body.
This is a space free from pressure or competition, where your voice is welcomed just as it is, and where singing feels good in the body. The process is the point.
My Approach Supports Teens & Young Adults to:
Build confidence & artistic curiosity
Navigate and regulate stress and anxiety
Connect with their body and emotions
Trust the innate wisdom in their voice
Develop healthy, functional vocal technique
Experience the joy, depth, and creativity of making music
